A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for talented and experienced individuals to join a team of highly committed coaches in one of the country’s leading female football clubs, Brighton & Hove Albion FC.

We are actively recruiting for a number of coaches based at our world class training facility; the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.

We have a number of age group specific head and assistant coaching positions that we are currently recruiting for. Applicants must be an FA licensed coach with a minimum of an FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football. The successful candidate must have completed their FA Youth Award for Module 1, 2 and working towards their Module 3

Successful candidates will hold valid FA Safeguarding Children and FA Emergency Aid certificates. This is a part-time role based on a zero hours’ contract, however candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working hours to attend all given training sessions and match days.
