Women’s & Girls’ Lead Goalkeeping Coach

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are currently recruiting for an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our women’s and girls’ coaching team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic coach to work as part of a team to deliver practical goalkeeping sessions in line with The Football Associations’ Long Term Player Development guidelines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country’s leading female football clubs and for an individual to develop their skills within a professional sporting environment.

Candidates must have an FA UEFA B Goalkeeping License and have completed FA Youth modules 1 and 2. Successful candidates will have experience in coaching women’s football and developing and implementing innovative ideas. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a genuine team player.

This role will be based at our world class training facility; the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre based in Lancing, West Sussex. This is a part-time role based on a zero hours contract and candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working hours to include evening training sessions and weekend matchdays.
