Jess Carter has joined NWSL side NJ/NY Gotham FC bringing to an end a successful six-year spell with Chelsea.
The 26-year-old played over 150 times for the Blues, whom she joined following five years at Birmingham City.
Carter won five consecutive WSL titles with Chelsea, was their Player’s Player of the Season last term and made the Champions League Team of the Season.
She earned a place in the England squad which won the Euros and has so far gone on to make 36 appearances for the senior side.
