There have been more World Cup warm-up matches over the weekend, including a big for the USA, a tournament triumph for China and a stoppage-time winner from Iceland’s Rakel Honnudottir.

USA hit Belgium for six in front of over 20,000 in Los Angeles, Carli Lloyd’s double inside the first 20 minutes added to by Lindsey Horan, Samantha Mewis, Alex Morgan and Jessica McDonald.

Germany defeated Sweden 2-1 in Solna, where Kathrin Hendrich and Linda Dallmann scored in the second half, before Caroline Seger replied from the spot.

Reading’s Rakel Honnudottir hit a stoppage-time winner as Iceland beat South Korea 3-2 in Yongin. Berglind Bjor’s brace had been cancelled out in the second half by goals from Yeo Min-ji and Lee Geum-min.

South Africa drew 1-1 with Jamaica in Durban, Linda Mothalo’s goal bringing an equaliser from the visitors Khadija Shaw before Leandra Smeda missed a penalty for Banyama Banyama.

China beat Cameroon by the only goal in the Four Nations Tournament Final in Wuhan, Wang Shanshan scoring shortly before the break.

Russia won the third-place play off 3-0 over Croatia, Nelli Korovkina bagging a brace after Nadezhda Smirnova’s opener.
