First-time semi-finalists London Bees will host two-time runners-up Birmingham City in the other last-four tie.
The draw was made by young girls from Crosspool Juniors in South Yorkshire.
London Bees defeated Sheffield in the quarter finals on Sunday to become the first FA WSL 2 side to reach the semi-finals.
City eased past Doncaster, Birmingham edged Liverpool after extra-time and the Gunners needed a late Fara Williams penalty to see off last season’s runners-up Notts County on Friday night.
The semi-finals will be played over the weekend of 3-4 September.
This season’s Final will take place at the Academy Stadium in Manchester on Sunday 2 October.
