Glasgow City trailed 2-0 to Sparta Praha but Sharon Wojcik halved the deficit in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Round of 32 1st leg tie.

The hosts were ahead when a cross came off the bar and Marketa Ringelova at the back post bundled the ball over the line, Jo Love having blocked the first attempt.

Anna Dlaskova doubled the advantage before the break, with a strike from the edge of the box, but Aoife Colvill teed up Wojcik to curl the ball home.

Zaneta Wyne came to the rescue for City late on, after Aneta Pochmanova had rounded goalkeeper Lee Alexander.

The return match is on Wednesday 16 December.
