Cardiff Met 1-1 Swansea City (3-2 on pens)
Cardiff Met took the lead through an Emily Allen spot-kick but Swansea City equalised immediately with a Chloe Chivers goal. No decider was forthcoming and with it coming down to penalties, the Archers progressed 3-2.

Neither Abergavenny nor Aberystwyth Town could find a breakthrough in normal time, the visitors eventually going through 4-2 in the shoot-out.
Cardiff City FC were 4-1 winners over newcomers Barry, Megan Saunders, Siobhan Walsh, Catherine Walsh and Zoe Atkins scoring before substitute Anna Houghton hit a consolation.
The semi-final draw will be made today, Monday 31 January.
Adran North
Pwllheli 1-0 Bethel
A Lois Thomas goal was enough to give Pwllheli the win against Bethel, as they moved within one point of their fourth-placed visitors.
Adran South
Briton Ferry Llansawel 2-0 Cardiff Bluebelles
Briton Ferry beat Cardiff Bluebelles to go second in the table, three points short of leaders Abergavenny. Alice Broadley broke the deadlock from distance and Mollie Jones sealed the victory with a second goal for the hosts.
