Abergavenny knocked top-flight Pontypridd Town out of the Genero Adran Trophy on penalties to reach the quarter-finals.

Cardiff Met secured a home quarter-final with Swansea City after netting eight against Llandudno, of which Laura May Walkley got three.
Cardiff City FC will host Barry Town United in the last eight after going through 3-0 at Pwllheli, Phoebie Poole with a six-minute brace just before the break.
Abergavenny edged out top-flight Pontypridd on penalties and will now be home to Aberystwyth Town. Abergavenny were on course for a surprise win with goals from Lyndsey Davies and Lauren Boyd, Ponty hit back through Alison Witts and Ellie Gunney but were eliminated in the shoot-out as keeper Charlotte Hastings hit the decider.
The other tie will see The New Saints play Port Talbot.

Airbus UK Broughton 1-3 Connah’s Quay Nomads
Wrexham 6-2 Bethel
Connah’s Quay went top with a 3-1 win at Airbus, Wrexham climbed to second after putting six past Bethel as Rosie Hughes and Amber Lightfoot scored hat-tricks. Llanfair sealed a second win of the season in the basement battle with Denbigh, Tonicha Lloyd and Nia Ellis scoring despite injury leaving United with ten players for much of the second half.

Cardiff Bluebelles 8-0 Merthyr Town
Swansea University 1-2 Briton Ferry Llansawel
Talycopa 1-4 Caldicot Town
Briton Ferry and Cardiff Bluebelles are up to second and third respectively, after the former won 2-1 at Swansea University with efforts by Chelsea Deacon and Georgia Howells, the latter netted eight against Merthyr with three from Ellis Rose Lunn. Caldicot took the points 4-1 at Talycopa, where Ashleigh Harris scored the first two goals direct from free kicks.
FAW Club Licensing applications confirmed
There have been 29 applications for the FAW Club Licensing Tier 1 and Tier 2 for the 2022/23 season. A Tier 1 Licence is required to participate in the Genero Adran Premier, with a Tier 2 Licence needed to play in Adran North and South divisions.
