Freya Gregory has signed her first professional contract with Aston Villa Women, having only recently stepped up from the club’s Academy side.
The 18-year-old left-sided player made her debut in the 1-0 win over Spurs and also played in the games against Arsenal and Brighton.
She previously played for Birmingham City and has been capped by England at U-17 level.
Sporting Director Eniola Aluko told avfc.co.uk: “Freya is a young and exciting talent that has demonstrated a consistent level of development and excellence in our academy.
“We are excited for Freya to be an important player for the future progress of Aston Villa Women.
“Freya is a great example of the club’s evolving academy pathway and we very much look forward to seeing her progression within the first team.”
