The ground, home to Portsmouth FC, will now host the penultimate league fixture of the season on Sunday May 7th. 2pm kick-off.
It will be the second time Pompey have played at the famous football ground as the Blues played a league match against Tottenham Hotspur back in 2013.
Club captain Gemma Hillier and defender Nadine Bazan both featured that day and could be set to feature once again.
All proceeds from the game will go to the Pompey Ladies with ticket prices the usual £4 for adults, £2 for concessions and free entry for Junior Blues members.
Tickets will be sold through Portsmouth FC online, at the ticket office and some maybe on sale at the gate on the day of the game.
