Chorley booked a trip to Wigan Athletic in the 1st Round Proper on 12 November with a 3-0 win at Poulton Victoria, where Charlotte Tyrers bagged a brace and Millie Fitzpatrick also found the net.
Darwen visit Leeds Modernians in the next round after their 2-1 success at Sunderland West End, Grace Ratcliffe and Sophie Flynn on target for the visitors.

Loughborough Lightning won the evening kick off at Notts County 2-0, goals by Lauren Purchase and Hannah Langford securing a tie at Lincoln United.
Thetford Town eliminated Lawford 2-1 with goals from Kamile Omeleviciute and Katie Fray, the reward being a home tie with Enfield Town.
Sutton Coldfield Town eased through by netting nine at Crusaders and now host Chesterfield Ladies.
