Cardiff Met continue their defence of the FA of Wales Women’s Cup with a local derby away to Cardiff City FC in the quarter-finals in February 2020.

Ties to be played on Sunday 9 February, while postponed 2nd Round games are re-scheduled for 24 November.
There’s a second all Welsh Premier clash as Llandudno entertain Abergavenny, three-time winners Swansea City have home advantage over North Wales League opponents, while Port Talbot Town will also play a side from that competition but away from home.
