Bryan brace lifts Eagles
Crystal Palace went second in the FAWPL Southern Division with a 2-1 win on Tuesday night against mid-table Coventry United at Daventry Town FC.
Gemma Bryan bagged a brace to take her tally to 31 goals for the league season so far.
Maz Gauntlett pulled one back but then received a second yellow card.
The Eagles are now a point behind leaders Charlton Athletic but with only one game to go, compared to the Addicks’ three.
Cudone at the the double for Dons
MK Dons are piling the pressure on South East Division 1 title rivals AFC Wimbledon, whom they now only trail by three points from two matches less, following a 2-0 result at Actonians.
Leah Cudone broke the deadlock 4 minutes into the second half and sealed the win 15 minutes from time.
Brislington leapfrog Larkhall
Brislington beat fellow Somerset side Larkhall Athletic 3-1 away to go above them into sixth spot in the South West Division 1 table.
