Nottingham Forest ended Burnley’s undefeated run in The FA Women’s National League Northern Premier, Crawley Wasps retook the Southern top spot.

Northern Premier – Precious pins Forest’s fifth straight win

Precious Hamilton hit a 73rd-minute winner as Nottingham Forest leapfrogged hosts Burnley into third spot.

Bridget Galloway bagged a brace as Northern Premier leaders Sunderland saw off Loughborough Foxes 3-1.

Stoke City are second following a 3-0 victory over Fylde, Roisin Kivel, Faye McCoy and Abby Hunt the scorers.

Middlesbrough moved into the top six with as many goals at Hull City. Elaenor Dale and Tyler Dodds both struck twice in Boro’s 6-3 success.

Southern Premier – Glovers’ ten win for returning gaffer

Yeovil Town had Sarah Wiltrshire sent off in the first half but still beat Milton Keynes Dons 2-1 to go fourth. Annie Heatherson and Meesha Dudley-Jones got the Glovers’ goals, the Dons replying late on, as Jamie Sherwood made his return to the Yeovil hot seat.

Crawley Wasps won back the Southern Premier leadership with a 3-1 defeat of Portsmouth, Emma Plewa scoring a crucial double.

Third-placed Plymouth Argyle out five past hosts Chichester City, featuring an Amber Pollock half-volley from long range and two for Natasha Knapman.

Keynsham Town pulled off a fine 1-0 win away at Oxford United after goign ahead in the 14th minute.

Division 1 – Leeds launch fightback

Leeds United overcame a 3-1 deficit with the aid of a debut double from Millie Kenyon to win 5-3 at Stockport County and go third in Division 1 North. Bolton Wanderers beat Bradford City to move into the top half of the table.

Bedworth United scored all four goals of the game at Doncaster Rovers Belles to climb to fifth in Division 1 Midlands.

Cambridge City and Stevenage shared four goals in the only Division 1 South East fixture, City twice led through Sophia Castigilone and Laura Mills but Erin Pope and Ashleigh Deacon replied.

Buckland Athletic were 4-1 winners at Poole Town in Division 1 South West, the Devon side going seventh with 7 points from seven games, in what was their hosts seventh straight defeat.
