The winners will continue in the Cup competition but defeated teams instead enter the Plate, which West Ham won in 2017/18 against Luton, who entertain Cheltenham.
Of the former WSL sides dropping into the FAWNL, Doncaster host Chorley, Sunderland are at Morecambe, Sheffield FC go to early Northern Premier leaders Stoke, Oxford United visit Actonians and Watford play away at Poole.
Plymouth go up against MK Dons again, with the promoted pair already having met in a seven-goal thriller a fortnight ago as Argyle won 4-3.
Six clubs make a first appearance in the Cup, four of those with home ties. Billericay meet Maidenhead, Devon-based Buckland face Brislington, Crawley tackle Ipswich and Nettleham play Birmingham & West Midlands.
The other two newbies have testing away matches, with Bedworth up against Derby and Burnley challenging West Brom.
Chesham and Norton make a return to the competition, with the former hosting Enfield and the latter visiting Long Eaton.
Southampton WFC have a walkover after St Nicholas withdrew from the league.
