Today’s draw for the last four of the FA WPL Reserve Cup paired two sides who are second in their league tables and first against third from the Southern Division.
FA WOMEN’S PREMIER LEAGUE RESERVE CUP QUARTER-FINALS
Huddersfield Town v Bolton Wanderers
Stoke City v Derby County
Coventry United v C & K Basildon
Portsmouth v Crystal Palace
Tues to be played on Sunday 4th February 2018
Newcomers Bolton face a difficult task at Huddersfield, having already been thrashed 8-1 at home in the league by the Terriers. Wanderers were short on numbers that day though, as Bethany Allen and Amy Broomhead hit hat-tricks.
Stoke are unbeaten in the Midlands Division and play home to Derby who are four points behind them in the table.
Coventry’s clash with C & K Basildon brings together teams who sit second in their respective divisions.
Southern table-toppers Portsmouth play Crystal Palace, with the Eagles in third spot. Pompey did win 2-0 away over Palace but more recently went down 2-1 at home, with Liberty Morrice-Bartlett coming off the bench to score for the visitors.
