FA WPL Cup & Plate 2nd Round Draws

The 2nd Round draw in the FA WPL Cup sends Charlton Athletic back to C & K Basildon where they lost 3-1 just last weekend, while Lewes play Portsmouth whom they edged 1-0 in September.

Nottingham Forest host Guiseley whom they beat 1-0 on the opening day, Leicester City Women welcome Midlands leaders Loughborough Foxes for a local derby.

Still more teams take on higher division opponents, with Brighouse home to Derby, Cambridge United up against Coventry, Liverpool Feds facing Blackburn and Plymouth travelling to Cardiff.

Of the top flight sides in the Plate, West Ham visit Brislington, Fylde are home to Leeds and Swindon are given a tricky tie with Keynsham.

Northern Division 1 table-toppers Hull will host Newcastle, Long Eaton’s reward for winning at Wolves is a home draw against Chorley.

Norwich meet South East title-chasers MK Dons, Luton and Southampton Saints go head to head with both doing well in their respective divisions, while Birmingham & West Midlands have home advantage over Crewe.

Meanwhile, the draw for the next round of the Reserve Cup was also made.
