FA Women’s National League title-chasers Ipswich Town and Cardiff City Ladies are among those in midweek action.
Ipswich are five points behind Southern Premier Division leaders Portsmouth with two games in hand, ahead of hosting fifth-placed Billericay.
Cardiff visit Keynsham for one of their three matches in hand on Division One South West leaders Exeter City, who have a seven-point advantage.
York City will move up two to sixth in Division One North, should they defeat fifth-placed Hull City.
Southampton Women have played fewer games than all those above them in Division One South West and are home to Selsey, for whom victory would put them into the top half of the table.
Meanwhile, Hounslow have sadly withdrawn from the league and their results in Division One South East have been expunged.
