FA Girls’ Youth Cup & Plate: Liverpool edge Everton on penalties

Liverpool were one of three sides to win on penalties in the FA Girls’ Youth Plate, York City also doing so in the Cup.

York City eliminated Blackburn Rovers in a Cup shoot-out, Fallon Jackson’ first-half goal saw Sheffield United win away to Manchester United, while Madison Perry bagged a brace as Reading ran out 4-0 winners at Charlton Athletic.

Durham, Liverpool and Oxford United all profited from penalties in the Plate, Wolves won through 3-2 at MK Dons having gone in 2-0 up at the break.
