Coventry United might have the best chance on paper of dumping a WSL team out, as they have home advantage over Oxford United.
Charlton Athletic are also going well in the Southern Division and are at home too but visitors Sheffield FC had a strong first year in the Super League.
Brighouse Town, engaged in their first ever FAWPL campaign, find themselves hosts to former winners in Everton.
Cambridge United are having their best season yet as FAWPL South East table-toppers but will be tested away at Aston Villa.
AFC Wimbledon are only just back in the Premier League and entertain WSL newcomers Brighton.
Durham make the long trip down to Somerset, looking to avoid an upset at Keynsham Town, who are pushing for promotion from South West Division 1.
At least two WSL sides will be eliminated, as Millwall meet London Bees in a London derby and Doncaster were due to play Watford. But the Belles have been given a walkover as the Hornets are unable to fulfil the fixture.
Derby County take on local rivals Nottingham Forest, whom they beat 2-0 away in the league in the second week of the campaign.
Three FAWPL sides are guaranteed to reach the 4th Round and one of the league leaders will go out, as Blackburn go up against Spurs.
Leicester City Women host Liverpool Feds and West Brom face Lewes, with both Midlands sides playing a division higher in the Premier League.
The draw for the 4th Round will be made on 11.40am on Monday 6th February.
