Italy international midfielder Aurora Galli has joined Everton Women on a two-year deal, with an option to extend for a further year.
The 24-year-old has won four Serie A championships, three Supercoppa Italiana titles and a Coppa Italia during her four seasons with Juve, while internationally she has nearly 40 caps for her country.
Galli told evertontv: “This is an important move for me. It’s the first time I have moved away from my country. I want to help this Club and my teammates achieve something. This league is very important. The competitiveness is really high.”
Manager Willie Kirk told evertonfc.com: “It’s been a deal that we’ve been working on since early in the year. It’s taken a while to come to fruition, but we finally got there.
“She’s a very, very good number six but she’s not just about breaking up play, which is one of her main strengths. She reads the game very well and makes a lot of interceptions.
