England progressed to the UEFA Women’s U-17 Championship second qualifying round after thrashing group hosts Hungary 8-0.
Sophie Harwood set up Vera Jones for the first goal after only five minutes, Leicester City striker Denny Draper soon adding the first of her four goals.
Draper doubled her tally for a dominant England nearly half-an hour-later, followed quickly by Harwood forcing an own-goal from Greta Banfi.
Draper’s hat-trick was complete early in the second half when she headed in Lola Brown’s corner and her fourth arrived in very similar fashion just six minutes later, this time from a Harwood delivery.
Isabelle Fisher made it 7-0 when she held off the defender from Erica Parkinson’s through ball and finished powerfully above the goalkeeper from close range.
The Arsenal forward then concluded the scoring in injury-time when she converted Laila Harbert’s low cross from the right.
