Bedford were relegated from the FAWPL and they start by entertaining Histon, who have changed their name from Great Shelford.
Royston Town and Writtle both travel for their first games after going up as winners of Division 1 West and East respectively.
There’s now a single first division of a dozen teams, which includes County League champions in Cambridge City (Cambridgeshire), Hertford Town (Beds & Herts), Hullbridge Sports (Essex) and Wymondham Town (Norfolk).
