The two West Midlands League Division 1 South sides had already met twice in the last five weeks, with champions elect Worcester United winning both games; 1-0 at home, preceded by 5-3 away.
At Bewdley Town FC on Sunday, it was looking like another Worcester win as Annie Highway’s goal had the cup holders ahead at the break.
But Droitwich Spa, who sit third in the league, fought back with two second-half goals for a 2-1 victory.
Charlotte Criddle replied for Spa and then struck a second time to take the trophy from United.
