Denmark, France and Spain all have maximum points from three games in the UEFA Women’s Nations League A groups.

GROUP A1: England 1-0 Belgium, Netherlands 4-0 Scotland

A Maren Mjelde own-goal gave France a first-half advantage, Marit Bratberg Lund levelled on the hour for Norway, only for Wendie Renard’s goal nine minutes later to give Les Bleues a third straight win. Austria struck twice in the space of six minutes inside the last 30, Portugal’s reply came too late in added time from Tatiana Pinto.

GROUP A3: Germany 5-1 Wales, Iceland 0-1 Denmark

Lea Schuller scored twice as Germany defeated Wales 5-1, Ceri Holland having levelled for the visitors close to half time. Amalie Vangsgaard scored for Denmark in the last 20 minutes away to Iceland, keeping the Danes top by three points.

GROUP A4: Italy 0-1 Spain, Sweden 1-0 Switzerland

Jenni Hermoso netted in the 89th minute to give Spain all three points in Italy and a third win from three. Magdalena Eriksson sent Sweden in one up at half time with a 44th-minute effort, which proved to be the winner over Switzerland.
