In front of a crowd of 447 at Leatherhead FC, Palace took a 16th-minute lead through Nicha Dyett against AFC Wimbledon.
But just 2 minutes into the second half and Caroline Bisson levelled for the London & South East League champions.
The Eagles had to wait until the final 15 minutes before hitting the winner through Gemma Bryan.
