Crusaders fight back to reach NIFL Women’s Premiership League Cup semis

Cliftonville, Crusaders and Lisburn Rangers win through NIFL Women’s Premiership League Cup quarter-finals.

Crusaders Strikers came from behind with a quick double in the last 20 minutes, to defeat Linfield 2-1. Keri Halliday’s opener was eventually cancelled out by Caitlyn Hamilton on 72 minutes, before Amy McGivern swiftly added the winner.

Cliftonville hit hosts Lisburn Ladies for six, Caitlin McGuinness contributing a hat-trick with a goal each from Kirsty McGuinness, Fionnula Morgan and Carla Devine.

Lisburn Rangers netted nine at Mid Ulster, with doubles by Gracie Conway and Ellie-Mae Dickson, one apiece for Sophie Kelly-Bradley, Molly Loughran, Helen Parker, Sophie Megaw and Cara Tumelty.
