Coventry Sports Therapist Vacancy

This role will consist of providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and exercise rehabilitation at our clinic on training days and pitch side preparation and first aid on match days.

The successful candidate must have a relevant Sports Therapy/ Physiotherapy qualification and experience working within a team environment.

By working alongside senior medical staff over pre-season, the successful candidate will receive relevant training alongside graduate sports therapists and Physiotherapists to gain an understanding of the high level of support, required from the club to the players.

CPD guidance will be provided to allow the successful participants to legally and ethically work with all age groups, from under 9’s to the senior teams.

There are possibilities (with a level of commitment and enthusiasm to support the club) to gain contributions towards FA courses, to aid the employees career development within the field of injury rehabilitation and prevention.

Essential:
• Recognised undergraduate degree in sports rehabilitation / sports therapy/physiotherapy.
• The successful applicant will be required to provide a satisfactory enhanced DBS check, and liability insurance.
