Costa Rica and USA have qualified for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015™. Both sides qualified on Friday 24 October through the 2014 CONCACAF Women’s Championship in Philadelphia, PA, USA.

Costa Rica was the first to qualify after a 3-0 win on kicks from the penalty mark following a 1:1 a.e.t. draw with Trinidad and Tobago. Goalkeeper Dinnia Díaz stopped all three kicks to help secure the Canada 2015 spot.
