Two of the FAWSL’s top three clash, as leaders and trophy holders Arsenal entertain Birmingham City whom they beat 3-1 back in November.
Chelsea have home advantage over Reading and when they hosted the Royals last month, the Blues won by the only goal of the game.
Manchester United are the last FA Women’s Championship side left in the competition and they have an intriguing tie with West Ham United.
Manchester City are home to Brighton on Thursday, having already won 6-0 away to Albion in the league.
