Club captain Dan Turner commits her future to Everton Women

Club captain Dan Turner has signed a new two-year contract with Everton Women, committing her future to the Blues until the end of June 2022.

The full-back has made more than 100 first-team appearances for Everton since 2013, and was awarded the captaincy on the team’s return to WSL 1 at the start of the 2017-18 campaign.

The 28-year-old is a former England U-19 and U-23 international, who in 2016-17 was Player of the 4th Round in the FA Cup for her stand-in goalkeeper performance which featured a victory on penalties.
