Double-figure Chichester Going Up

Jess Lewry broke the resistance of a depleted St Nicholas side with a header, Lucie Challen and Lauren Cheshire added one each, before Lewry scored twice more to complete a first-half hat-trick.

Becky Barron fired in number six after the interval, Charley Wilson-Blakely and Chloe Dowdell then getting on the scoresheet, with Molly Clark rounding off the scoring with a brace, as City made it back to back double-figure wins.

Wolves Boosted By Foxes Defeat

In Midlands Division 1, Radcliffe Olympic did promotion hopefuls Wolves a massive favour by defeating leaders Loughborough Foxes 3-1.

Three down by half-time, Loughborough only replied through an Emma Pilling effort in the last dozen minutes.

Wanderers are just a point off the top with a game in hand but with a far inferior goal-difference.

Nine In A Row For Brighouse

Brighouse Town cemented a top-half finish in their first season in Northern Division 1, by winning 4-2 at Leeds to record a ninth straight victory.

Demi Pringle took just seconds to open the scoring but the hosts replied before half-time through Veatriki Sarri.

Danni Brown restored the lead early in the second half, only for Leeds to level again with Arianne Parnham this time on target.

But Brown doubled her tally for the night and Jodie Redgrave sealed the points, making it 4-2 with 5 minutes left.

Saints Push Shanklin Nearer Drop

Shanklin slipped nearer relegation following a 7-0 home loss to Southampton Saints in South West Division 1.

With a goal-difference far worse than tenth-placed Basingstoke Town, Shanklin face having to take at least ten points from their last four games in order to finish above the bottom two.
