Chatham Town were 5-0 winners of the SumUp Isthmian Women’s Cup Final, played away to Billericay Town at their New Lodge ground.

It was a victory over higher-ranked opposition for the Chats, although they sit third in the division below Billericay who are battling to stay up.

Jess King featured with a hat-trick against her former club and opened the scoring inside 20 minutes.

Lucy Jones doubled the lead and King struck a second time to send Keith Boanas’s team in three up at the break.

Grace Coombs got the fourth, King then rounding off her treble in style direct from a free-kick.
