Charlton And Spurs Back In Ryman Cup Final

West Ham United 1-3 Tottenham Hotspur

Spurs were first through to the final after coming from behind to beat West Ham 3-1 away on Wednesday 1st February.

The Hammers took the lead in the 9th minute, as Julie Melfald sent Chloe Burr through to finish inside the near post.

Aditi Chauhan tipped a Wendy Martin effort away 10 mnutes later but shortly after Martin did find the eualissr from a Bianca Baptiste cross.

Tottenham then struck twice in a couple of minutes approaching half time, with a Jenna Schillaci corner guided home by Nikita Whinnett in a packed penalty area, before Baptiste burst forward, cut inside and drilled home into the far bottom corner. 

Charlton Athletic 8-0 Worthing

Charlton Athletic hosted Worthing the following evening, with the Addicks defeating the underdogs from the South East Counties League Division 1 West 8-0.

There were four goals in each half against the side four divisions below, with Katie Flack getting the first, Gemma Shepherd bagging a brace and Hope Nash one by the break. 

A Grace Coombs free kick set up Shepherd for her hat-trick and she then got a fourth from the sport after a handball in the box.

Kim Dixson made it 7-0 from outside the area and Rosey Sullivan rounded off the goals with a header from an Avilla Bergin corner.
