Celtic overcame a half-time deficit to defeat Park’s Motor Group Scottish Women’s Premier League leaders Glasgow City in front of 9,553 at Celtic Park.

City’s Lauren Davidson took advantage of a Chloe Craig error after 20 minutes on the corner of the area, beating Pamela Tajonar inside her near post.

Tajonar tipped Anna Oskarsson’s header round the post, before Natasha Flint fired home the equaliser in front of a raucous and record crowd for a women’s club match in Scotland.

Claire O’Riordan’s deflected header from a corner had the Hoops in front and Kit Loferski raced clear to give them a two-goal cushion.

The 3-1 victory put Celtic above Rangers on goal-difference and within two points of City with two games left each, which includes a trip to Rangers for the leaders on the last day.
