Frances Fern bagged a brace and Joanne Morrison the other goal as Cumbernauld Colts ran up a 3-0 lead at home to Hibernian Development.

Hibs then twice hit back in the last 20 minutes or so to reduce the deficit to one, Kirsty Morrison scoring before a corner went in off the back of the head of defender Melissa Porter.

However, the home side held on to reach the final at Ainslie Park on Thurday 18th May, kick-off 7.30pm.

There they will be joined by Celtic Academy, who just like the Hoops in the SWPL Cup, came from a goal down to reach a final.

Blackburn And Hamilton Stage Fightbacks

Claire Rae converted a penalty for Renfrew but Celtic were level by the break and went on to get a winner in the second half.

In the SWFL 2 Cup, Blackburn United came from 2-1 down at half-time to defeat hosts Raith Rovers 5-3.

Hamilton’s Development side also came from behind to win by a similar scoreline away from home but trailed 2-0 at Buchan Youth before hitting back through two each from Emma Donnelly and Sophie Gilchrist, plus one by Tammi Jeffrey.

Dundee City ran out 4-0 winners at Hutchison Vale Development, where Laura Boag, Christie Reid and Amanda Primrose found the net, plus an own-goal.
