Ffion Price got three of Cardiff City Women’s four goals against Aberystwyth Town, Megan Bowen with having got the opener.
Stacey John-Davis hit a hat-trick for Swansea after Samantha Wynne and Emily Thomas got early goals, Chloe Shirley scoring a late consolation for The New Saints.
The final is scheduled for Sunday 14 April, at a venue to be confirmed.

Connah’s Quay Nomads 14-0 Llanfair United (Att: 45)
Felinheli went within three points of leaders Llandudno, after a Catrin Evans brace, as well as goals from Jordanne Greenough and Hana Wellings gave them victory at Rhyl.
Connah’s Quay Nomads are a further three points back with a game in hand, after running riot against Llanfair United. Polly Wild-McGregor and Sophie Rawling enjoyed four-goal hauls, there was a treble for Kirstie Kural.
