Goals by Shannon Evans and Nolan had Cardiff 2-1 up at half-time over Llandudno at Newtown FC.
Evans made it 3-1 with her second goal and then won a penalty which substitute Chelsea Cochrane converted.
A header reduced the arrears with 15 minutes left, with Ceryn Chamberlain then making an important save for the Bluebirds in a one-on-one situation.
Player of the Match Evans completed her hat-trick in the 82nd minute to make sure of the cup.

Cardiff Met host Cyncoed on Thursday evening, when they are likely to clinch the Welsh Premier League title after their 5-0 win at Rhyl & Prestatyn on Sunday. Emily Allen and Anne Laure Davy scored in a six-minute first-half spell to give the Archers a 2-0 interval lead in North Wales. Chloe O’Connor and Allen scored early in the second half, with Erin Murray rounding off the scoring wuth 19 minutes to play.
Cyncoed did a lot for their safety with a 2-1 victory at Port Talbot Town that moved them 3 points clear of danger. Vicky Stratton netted a second-half penalty for the hosts, after Cyncoed took a 2-0 lead before the break.
PILCS put 9 past Newcastle Emlyn last week but this time were restricted to four goals by their winless hosts.
