Jayne Ludlow made three changes to the team that started in the 2-1 win on Thursday.
Hannah Miles, Charlie Estcourt, Nadia Lawrence made way for Bronwen Thomas, Chloe Chivers and Rhiannon Roberts.
Portugal opened the scoring on the 68th minute with a goal from captain, Cláudia Neto resulting in a 1-0 win for the hosts.
The week long camp was part of preparations for Wales’s upcoming World Cup Qualification campaign. Jayne Ludlow provided a platform for youngsters such as Bronwen Thomas, Peyton Vincze, Ffion Morgan, Chloe Chivers and Emma Beyon to gain experience amongst the regulars, whilst improving her strength and depth within her young squad.
Peyton Vincze also notably won her first Wales cap, while Melissa Fletcher achieved her first goal for Wales during the 2-1 win on Thursday.
