Bristol City women have made two late moves in the transfer window, signing West Ham duo on loan until the end of the season.
Jess Ziu and Camila Sáez both signed for the Robins with the new WSL2 campaign fast approaching.
Bristol City sign Jess Ziu from West Ham
Bristol City have been very busy in the transfer market and their latest signings are number nine and ten through the door this summer.
Jess Ziu spent three years with West Ham after signing for the London club from Shelbourne in 2022.
Despite her time with the WSL club, Ziu managed just 23 appearances for the Hammers after tearing her ACL twice while playing for the team.
Now the Irish midfielder is fully recovered and ready for her new move to Bristol.
“I’m just excited to get on the pitch and meet all the fans. It’s a really exciting journey ahead for the WSL 2 and I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to Bristol City.” Ziu said.
We can confirm that Jess Ziu has joined Bristol City FC on loan until the end of the 2025/26 season.
Everyone at the Club would like to wish Jess the best for her loan spell with The Robins 🤝

Bristol City finished 6th in the WSL2 last season but with the league expanding to 14 teams from next year, there is more opportunity for promotion.
With three teams given the chance at promotion this year, the Robins are sure to be amongst the favourites to get promoted with betting sites.
Camila Sáez joins Robins
Ziu wasn’t the only bit of business Bristol City did with West Ham this summer.
The Robins also secured Chilean international Camila Sáez on a season-long loan.

Sáez spent just over one season with West Ham after signing for the club midway through 2024.
“I think the squad we have and the players we have signed are a really high level and are able to achieve our goal of promotion. I can’t wait for it to start.” Sáez said.
The Robins have enjoyed a positive pre-season, with their final warmup game resulting in a 2-0 win over WSL2 rivals Newcastle United.
Six summer signings started for new head coach Charlotte Healy although the game came too soon for her new West Ham duo.
Bristol City kick off their domestic campaign with a trip to Birmingham City on Sunday, September 7th.
