Brighton & Hove Albion have signed Spanish international striker Bruna Vilamala on a season-long loan from Barcelona.

The 22-year-old has been with Barcelona since she was 12, eventually progressing to the first-team for whom she has now made over 50 appearances.

She was recently given her senior debut by Spain in a Euro 2025 qualifier against Denmark, when stepping up from the U-23s.

Head coach Dario Vidosic told brightonandhovealbion.com: “We’re delighted to welcome Bruna to the club. She will give us an exciting option in attack and is a player of proven experience at the highest level, having played in the Champions League and for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

“Bruna is looking forward to playing in the WSL for the first time in her career and we’re looking forward to working with her.”
