The Golden Girls say that the pacey forward joinsed them following a successful trial period, which included a great goal in the recent friendly win over MK Dons.
Simona has most recently played for Leeds Ladies, having spent the previous couple of seasons with NSA Sofia.
She has competed in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, as well as playing for her country, having won three domestic titles.
Petkova was also ranked 7th in the world in the Freestyle Championships.
