Birmingham City’s Martha Harris has agreed a new two-year contract that will see the defender extend her stay at St Andrews until June 2025.
The 28-year-old former Liverpool and Manchester United full-backs made 12 appearances in her first campaign with the Blues, despite missing an extended period due to an injury suffered last August.
After agreeing to a new deal, Harris spoke about her aims for the upcoming season:
“I can’t wait to get back to it. Pre-season starts next week and I’ve worked hard over the summer and I’m
ready to go.
“I was very frustrated with my injury last season, so when I could get back onto the pitch, I just wanted to
contribute to the team as much as I could.”
