Birmingham City Women have signed 17-year-old Ruby Mace on a dual-registration with Arsenal’s WSL Academy.
Mace made her Gunners’ first team debut last September in the FA Cup, going on to gain game time in both the Barclays FA WSL and FA Continental Tyres League Cup.
She also played for England U-17s in the 2019 Euro qualification matches, scoring the opening goal against Belgium in a 4-1 win.
Head Coach Carla Ward told bcfc.com: “I am delighted that Arsenal have allowed us the opportunity to work with Ruby, she’s a gifted young player with so much potential. This a great opportunity for her to come in and get valuable WSL experience and add some real quality to the group.”
