Last season’s winners were behind to the North Wales League side when Alaw Huws scored midway through the first half but Alicia Davies levelled 10 minutes later from a controversial penalty decision.
Shannon Evans extended the lead after the break but Katie Midwinter fired home to put Bethel back in the tie.
It wasn’t until 5 minutes from time that the Bluebirds sealed their passage into the last four, with Lisa Owen netting their fourth goal.
Briton Ferry Llansawel 2-4 Llandudno
Llandudno are one win away from making it back to back final appearamces, following a third victory over Briton Ferry this season.
Stacey Tradewell bagged a brace for the visitors, Rosie Hughes and Sofie Owen hetting their other goals, while Sophie Cardy and Mel Thomas were on target for the hosts.
Swansea City 4-1 Rhyl
Swansea City eventually overcame Rhyl 4-1 but their 5th-minute opener by Stacey John brought an equaliser from Ashleigh Mills from the edge of the box to leave the scores level at the interval.
John the struck from 20 yards before completing her hat-trick on 67 minutes, afterwhich Jodie Passmore rounded of the scoring.
Abergavenny 0-2 Cardiff Met
Abergavenny were left to rue their missed chances as Cardiff Met scored twice to reach the 12th March semi-finals.
Jassie Vasconcelos and Chloe O’Connor got one each for the Archers in their 2-0 win.
