Eastern League Bedford came from behind to beat ten-player Luton Town in the Bedfordshire FA Women’s Cup Final at Biggleswade United FC.

Joanne Rutherford gave the Premier League side a 20th-minute lead but shortly before the break the Hatters had Rachel Kosky sent off.

Luton were further penalised midway through the second half, Eden Kibron was brought down in the box and she got back up the score from the spot.

Two goals in a six-minute spell sealed Bedford’s success, with Carissa Kaczorowski putting them ahead and Kibron getting her second with a volley from the edge of the box.
