Barcelona set up UWCL semi-final re-match with Chelsea Women

Barcelona eventually saw off SK Brann in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Quarter-Finals, while PSG went through against BK Hacken.

Holders Barcelona will face Chelsea in the semi-finals for the second season running, with the first leg 0n 20 or 21 April, the second at Stamford Bridge a week later.

Aitana Bonmati extended Barca’s lead over Brann and despite the efforts of goalkeeper Aurora Mikalsen and some loose finishing, Fridolina Rolfo doubled the advantage on the night.

The Norwegian side had a flicker of hope as Tomine Svendheim replied with a drive across the keeper, before Patri Guijarro’s late tap-in ensured Barca’s progress.

Paris St-Germain set up an all-French semi-final with Lyon with a 3-0 victory over Hacken, 5-1 on aggregate.

Tabitha Chawinga scored to set PSG on their way, Korbin Albert netted from range in the last 20 minutes, before Marie-Antoinette Katoto headed in a Sakina Karchaoui cross.
