What is the Baller League?

The Baller League is an indoor six-a-side football competition that was originally created in Germany.

It was then brought over to the UK, with British YouTuber and rapper KSI named president.

The teams are predominantly managed by influencers but also includes football stars, such as Chloe Kelly, and celebrities such as Idris Elba who has joined the league for Season 2.

Each of the 12 teams battle it out for 11 weeks to determine the final. The winner is decided in a final four play-off.

There are some unique rules, including no corners, with penalties awarded if the ball goes behind off opposing players three times.

The final three minutes of games see different rules added. Those include a 3 vs 3 format, long-range goals counting as double and goalkeepers being unable to use their hands.

Season 1 saw Sharky’s SDS FC lift the trophy after a 4-3 win over MVPs United.
