The in-form Frida Maanum played a major part, scoring in either half before setting up the third goal.
The Norwegian gave the Gunners the lead just before the half-hour strike, her second was a fine strike that found the top corner.
On the hour it was 3-0, Maanum playing in Caitlin Foord to finish past Hannah Hampton.
The Gunners tie with Manchester City and the other semi-final between West Ham and Chelsea, will be played on 8 or 9 February.
