Millwall Lionesses got the only goal of the game at home to Teesside Sport on Saturday 25th March, with Onyi Echegini scoring in the first half.
That made it 19 wins from 19 games this season and Millwall say they are the only remaining RTC team with a 100% record in the entire country.
This span of games has included a league title win and their recent semi-final victory, which ensured they would appear in their first FA Youth Cup Final.
Arsenal ran out 5-1 winners at home to Liverpool on Saturday 1st April.
Lechante Paul bagged a brace for the Gunners, with a goal each coming from Lauren James, Jessica Ngunga and Paige Bailey-Gayle.
The final will be played at St Georges Park on 20th May.
